摘 要:对一种沸石矿分别用NH4Cl溶液和盐酸进行了浸渍和离子交换改性,然后再以它们为模板,以蔗糖为炭前驱体,制备出了几种多孔炭。N2吸附表征发现,使用沸石矿为模板可以制备出具有较大比表面积和孔容积的多孔炭材料,且模板对制备出的炭的中大孔有重要作用;而炭的微孔则主要是由蔗糖本身炭化产生的。实验中发现,通过盐酸改性的沸石矿制备出的多孔炭的比表面积和中孔容积,比没有经过改性和进行过离子交换改性的沸石矿为模板制备出的多孔炭的比表面积和中孔容积都有了显著的提高,其原因是盐酸改性使得沸石矿的比表面积和中孔容积提高了,而NH4Cl溶液改性对其中孔容积的提高作用非常小,反而会使沸石矿的比表面积下降。Porous carbons were prepared by using sucrose as carbon source and natural zeolite mineral which was modified by usingHCl and NH4Cl respectively as templates by a template method. N2 adsorption analysis indicated that porous carbon materials withcertain amount of specific surface area, micropores and mesopores could be obtained by the present method and the micropores of thecarbons produced by sucorse carbonized directly, and the production of the mesopores of them due to the effect of the temlpates. Inaddition, the carbon prepared by using the zeolite mineral modified by HCl as template could gain more mesopores than the one preparedby using zeolite mineral modified by NH4Cl. It could be reasoned that the HCl modification could increase the BET specific surface areaand the volume of mesopores of the zeolite mineral, but the NH4Cl modification could not reach that.
