第一松花江渔民甲基汞蓄积量的驱汞实验研究

摘  要:通过对黑龙江肇源县渔民及农民的食鱼量调查、发甲基汞测定和驱汞实验,评价了渔民体内甲基汞蓄积量,分析了驱汞实验尿甲基汞排泄规律。结果表明,现役渔民发甲基汞均值2.50ppm,日摄甲基汞69.09μg,尿甲基汞排泄量最大13.62μg/24h,尿甲基汞增加倍数最高为42.41倍。本研究还表明,驱汞排泄曲线出现双峰,集中在第1日和第6日,并对此进行了讨论。In this study,we invertigated the amounts of fish consumption,determined the content of mercury in hairs,useda way of increasing excretion of mercury,estimated the level of retention of methylmercury,analysised the pattern of excretion of methylmercury,of fishers and farmers on Zhao Yuan country Hei Long Jiang Province.As a result,It was foundthat average value of methylmercury in fisher hairs was 2.50 PPm,the contents of daily intake of methylmercury was 69.09μg,the contents of excretion of methyl-mercury in urine was the highest,it wag 13.62μg/24hr,methylmercury in urine increased 42.41 times,and the increased figure was the highest among all sorts of ways of excretion.The study also showed that the curve of excretion had twopeaks,They appeared in the first and 6th day,and which would be discussed.
