摘 要:对受工业废水污染的小清河灌区儿童进行了指纹型的调查。结果表明灌区儿童桡箕(L^T)检出率明显高于对照区儿童(P<0.01),并随河水污染程度的逐年增加而升高,呈高度正相关。灌区儿童弓型纹(A)和指纹总嵴数也高于对照区儿童,但无统计学差异。两地儿童桡箕检出率与末梢血淋巴细胞微核率呈高度正相关。指嵴纹特征敏感的反映了基因突变,可作为环境污染流行病调查的良好指标。The fingerprint of children,living in the area that lies to the both sides of Xiao-qing River in Jinan were examined.The results indicated that the frequencies of radial loop were significantly higher than that in the children of control area,and the radial loop posit rate is increased progressively with increasing river pollution,And positive correlation between the radial loop rate and the micronucleus rate(P<0.01).It is suggested that the fingerprint is a good indicater in epidemiologcal investigation of environmental pollution.
