摘　　要：组织的逻辑性演进对经济转轨的效率具有重要影响。 1979～ 2 0 0 2年 ,中国经济转轨在"有限经济性分权"逻辑下渐进式展开 ;政府角色先后呈现为"放权的强力型政府"与"放权的自律型政府"。中共十六届三中全会后 ,中国转轨跨入"完善"阶段 ,在组织的逻辑演进方向的"设计"上 ,要突出两个重点 :一是按照"一般市场经济"这一终极组织型态的要求推进"经济性分权"的深化 ;Organizational logic has an important effect on the efficiency of economic shunt. During 1979～2002, the economy in China gradually shunt which was based on the idea of finite economic power-decomposed. The government played a strong role or an autonomic role earlier or later when it began to abandon some powers. After the Third plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the shunt in China strided into its perfection period. Two aspects should be emphasized in the direction design of the evolvement of the organizational logic. Firstly, we must deeply decompose the economic powers according to the general principle of market economy. Secondly, we must restrict the government power, which is linked to the economic system of power-decomposed.
