摘  要:目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定联磺甲氧苄啶片中磺胺甲(口恶)唑、磺胺嘧啶与甲氧苄啶的含量。方法:采用Kro-masilTMC18柱,以水-乙腈-三乙胺(800:200:1),用0.2mol·L-1氢氧化钠和稀醋酸调pH值至6.6±0.1为流动相,流速1ml·min-1,检测波长为210nm,结果:磺胺甲(口恶)唑、磺胺嘧啶的线性范围均为10.0-100.0μg·ml-1,甲氧苄啶的线性范围4.0-40.0μg·ml-1,平均回收率分别为99.9%(RSD=0.68%)、99.6%(RSD=0.77%)和99.7%(0.74%)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可作为该制剂质控标准。Objective:To establish HPLC method for the determination of SD and SMZ and TMP in sulfamethoxazole,sulfadi-azine and trimethoprim tablets. Method:Using KromasilTM C18 Columns. Water-acetonitrile-triethylamine(800 :200 : 1) was adjusted to pH 6. 6±0. 1 with 0. 2mol · L-1 sodium hydroxide and acetic acid as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0ml· min-1, wavelength of the detector was 210nm. Results: Linear ranges of SMZ and SD and TMP were 10. 0-100. 0μg· ml-1,10. 0-100.0μg · ml-1,4.0-40.0μg · ml-1, respectively. The average recoveries of SMZ and SD and TMP were 99.9%(RSD = 0.68%),99.6%(RSD = 0. 77%) and 99. 7% (0.74%),respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid,simple and accurate. The method is suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
