老年肿瘤患者化疗的难点及护理对策

摘　　要：目的 使老年肿瘤患者顺利安全完成化疗计划,提高患者的生存质量。方法 我们对126例老年肿瘤患者采取血管护理,保护性隔离,饮食指导及严密观察病情变化等措施。结果 126例老年肿瘤患者中,112例按计划完成化疗,占88.9%。结论 针对老年肿瘤患者的生理特点,采取有效的护理措施,使患者顺利完成治疗是十分必要的。Absrtact Objective To make eldly tumor patients compele chemotherapy successfully and improvelife of quality of those patients.Method Blood vessel nursing care,protective isolation,diet guidingand observing changes of state of illness intimately were strengthened in 126 eldly tumor patients.Result In 126 eldly tumor patients, 112 patients(88.9%) finished chemotherapy plan successfully.Conclusion To finish chemotherapy successfully,it is necessary to take effective nursing measuresaccording to physiological characteristic of eldly tumor patients.
