摘　　要：作者摸清了光棘球海胆的繁殖季节、胚胎发育及幼体生长时序,掌握了诱导产卵和人工授精技术,对浮游幼体及稚海胆的培育提出了一系列的技术措施.The authors have found out the time-series of the spawning season,embryonic development and larval growth of Strongylocentrotus nudus,has a good command of induced spawning and artificial insemination and put forward a series of technical measures for rearing larval and juvenile sea urchins.
