摘　　要：通过对我国城市历史街区保护与更新的实践模式及其利弊的综合分析 ,本文指出我国城市历史街区保护与更新科学发展值得思索的几个共同点 ,并试提出发展对策。Based on the comprehensive analysis about the practical patterns to conserve and renew the historic districts as well as the merits and demerits of these patterns,the co?-authors conclude that a few common questions can be under consideration to conserve and renew the scientific development of the historic districts in China.Counter-measures are also suggested in this paper.
