摘　　要：“以人为本”的理念在我国的城市发展和建设中 ,虽然在理论上不存在问题 ,已经被广泛的提倡甚至滥用。但是在实际贯彻和具体操作中 ,又很难得到直接体现。故本文提出从人类休闲的角度切入 ,来思考和实践城市发展及规划中的“以人为本”Theoretically,although the concept of human-orientation has been widely used and even over-used in the urban construction and development in China,it is rarely put into practice and implementation directly.Under such consideration,the paper tries to conduct the urban development and planning based on the concept of human-orientation from the perspective of human leisure.
