摘  要:目的提高助理护士参加全国护士执业考试的应考能力及通过率。方法以科室为单位,将助理护士参加执业考试通过情况纳入护理组目标管理及年度考评范畴,采取自学为主、科室督导与医院以考促学为辅的综合管理和教育支持模式,使助理护士应考能力循序渐进,逐步提高。结果2000~2003年医院助理护士执业考试通过率平均为85.70%。结论建立并应用渐进培养和全方位的教育支持体系对提高助理护士的应考能力和执业考试通过率具有明显的促进作用。Objective This study aims to improve the assistant nurses’ ability to take in the national exams for license and to increase the passing rate. Methods The passing situation of the assistant nurses in the national exams was brought into the objective management and the yearly checking points in each department.Comprehensive management measures and educative-supporting mode which focused on self-study,supervision and urging learning by exams were adopted,to improve the assistant nurses’ ability to take the national examination for license gradually.Result From 2000 to 2003,the passing rate of the assistant nurses in the national exams achieved to 85.70% on average.Conclusion The mode of gradual training and general support was helpful to improve the assistant nurses’ ability of taking exams and increase the passing rate in national exams for license.
