海南青牛胆化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究海南省青牛胆(TinosporahainanesisH.S.LoetZ.X.Li)藤茎中的化学成分。方法:用溶剂提取及硅胶柱色谱分离纯化化学成分,通过MS,NMR,HMQC,HMBC测定结构。结果:从防已科植物的一个新种海南青牛胆(TinosporahainanesisH.S.LoetZ.X.Li)的藤茎中分离出5种化学成分,分别鉴定为:罗汉松甾酮A(makisteroneA,Ⅰ)、2,3-二甲氧基-9,10-二羟基-N-甲基四氢原小檗碱季铵盐(2,3-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydroxy-N-methyltetrahydroprotoberberinequaternarysalt,Ⅱ)、巴马汀(palmatine,Ⅲ)、β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin,Ⅳ)和阿魏酸二十二酯(docosylferulate,Ⅴ)。结论:Ⅱ为新季铵生物碱,定名为海南青牛胆碱(haitinosporine)、Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从青牛胆属植物中分出。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Tinospora hainanesis. Methods:Spectral analysis and chemical methods were used to isolated the chemical constituents from Tinospora hainanesis and the chemical structures were determinated by MS, HMCC and HMBC. Results:Five compounds were isolated from the vine stalk of Tinospora hainanesis. The structures of the compoundswere identified as follows:makisterone A (I),2-32-dimethoxy, 9-10-dihydroxy-N-methyltetrahydropro-toberberine quaternary salt (II)- palmatine (III)-β-amyrin (IV) and docosyl ferulate (V). Conclusion:II is a new quaternary alkaloid named as haitinosporine. I-IV and V are isolated from the plants of Tinospora genus for the first time.
