降低神经外科俯卧位手术患者皮肤压红(伤)率的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经外科俯卧手术体位预防皮肤压红压伤的护理措施。方法 :改进体位保护垫 ,减少胸部皮肤压红 ;增加面部保护措施避免压伤。结果 :实验组皮肤压红压伤率明显下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :改进后的方法可有效地保护患者胸部和面部皮肤 。Objective: To find a nursing method to prote ct skin from bruising on neurosurgery prone position effectively. Method s: Modifty neurosurgery prone position cushions to decrease the bruisse of chest skin. And take more face protection meastures to avoid bruising. Results: There was significantly different between the two groups ( P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified method can protect patients' ch est and face skin effectively and decrease the occurrence of skin complication.
