摘　　要：　介绍了微柱高效液相色谱的发展概况和应用现状。简要论述了微柱高效液相色谱的仪器设备、色谱柱的制备以及与其他仪器的联用技术,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Development and application of microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography was introduced including instrument and accessories, microcolumn preparation and the united technique with other establishment. Future prospect of the technology was also discussed.
