摘　　要：简要介绍了δ 癸内酯和δ 十二内酯的应用和原有的合成方法及其存在的不足。本实验采用环戊酮与正戊醛 (或正庚醛 )为原料 ,经缩合、脱水、还原、氧化闭环等几步反应 ,合成了δ 癸内酯 (或δ 十二内酯 )。两种产物的粗品在 12 5℃真空薄膜蒸馏 ,获得纯度为 99%的精品 ,总产率 5 2 %。The application and shortcomings of typical synthetic method of title δ-decalactone and δ-dodecalactone were introduced in brief. This work presents a new method for synthesizing title compounds by reaction of n-valeraldehyde (or n-heptylaldehyde) and cyclopentanone via condensation, dehydration, reduction and oxidation. The both final refined products were obtained with aid of distillation in film vacuum evaporator at 125℃, and the total yield reached 52% with purity of 99 %.
