摘　　要：以邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料 ,经重氮化、硫化、酰氯化、环合制成 1,2 苯并异噻唑啉 3 酮 ,所得产品的熔点为 15 6～ 15 7℃ ,收率 75 % ,产品纯度 98 5 %。重氮化反应时必须保证足够的酸度、低温、快速 ;酰氯化物切忌带水。钠盐脱色后将溶液pH值分级调节在 4～ 5 5可获得高含量产品。Benzisothiazdin-3-one is prepared from o -a nimobenzoic acid by diazotization, sulfuration, acylchloration, cyclization proc esses. The melting point of obtained product is 156～157℃ with purity of 98.5 % in 75% yield. The necessary acidity, low temperature and high speed should be kept during diazotization process; water is avoided to take with acyl chloride. After decoloring the sodium salt adjusting the pH value of solution at the rang e of 4～5.5 can help to obtain high content product.
