摘　　要：对电子插件板上的元器件常见故障进行了分析,论述了应用在线检测技术对电阻、电容、二极管、三极管、场效应管、晶闸管等元器件进行故障检测的工作原理,并介绍了根据在线检测技术所研制的电子插件板故障检测仪的使用情况。Analysis is made regarding common failure of components on electronic inserter board. The operation principle of on-line failure detection is discussed for resistance, capacitor, diode, transistor, field effect transistor and thyristor. The application of failure detector for electronic inserter board developed according to on-line detection technique is introduced.
