摘  要:针对大庆华科股份有限公司聚丙烯一厂聚丙烯生产装置投料过程中存在的投料量不准,能耗、原辅料消耗过高,产品质量和产量不稳定,反应难于控制等问题,采取了以下措施对聚丙烯投料装置进行了技术改造:增设了自动控制系统,采用气动三通阀、质量流量计、大流量泵分别替代计量罐及丙烯升压器、玻璃板流量计和小流量泵.生产实践证明,装置改造后投料量比较准确,每釜投料时间由40 min缩短至15~20min,提高了产品的产量和质量,并降低了能耗.Aiming at the problems such as inaccurate quantity of feed, high energy and material consumption, unstable quantity and yield of product, reaction hardly controlled, etc., which exist in the feeding process in the production operation of Daqing HuaKe Co., Ltd., the following technical revamping was carried out: introducing automation system, adopting pneumatic tee valves, mass flowmeters and large flowpumps instead of gauge tanks and polypropylene boosters, glass-plate flowmeters, small flowpumps respectively. The industrial tests proved that the equipment improved had accurate quantity of feed, the feed time was shorten from 40 to 15 - 20 min, the quantity and quality of the products were improved, and the energy consumption was reduced.
