摘　　要：实践“三个代表”重要思想,当前关键要解决好下岗失业问题。下岗失业当前主要表现在工人阶级这个 层次当中,其中最主要的是产业工人阶级。这个问题解决的好坏,将直接关系到党和人民群众的血肉联系,关系到改 革发展稳定的大局,关系到人民生活水平的提高。At present the key of practice on'three representative'important thought is to resolve the laid-off and unemployment problem rightly .The laid-off and unemployment problem exists mainly in the working class, and espec ally in the industry working class. Right resolve of the problem relates to the close relation between Chinese communist party and the masses:to the stable situation of reformation and development;to the improvement of mass' standard of Jiving;even to the life and death of our party.
