摘　　要：SARS疫情的爆发暴露出我国电子政务的建设并不健全,事实上电子政务的建设存在许多深层次问题,只 有对这些问题加以全面反思,才能实现电子政务制度的创新,并由此推进中国行政体制改革的进程。Breaking out of SAKS exposed the imperfect construction of the electronic governmental affairs in our country. In fact, there were a lot of profound questions in the construction of the electronic governmental affairs.Only reviewing these questions all-round, we can realize the innovation of the electronic governmental system,and advance the process of the reforms of the Chinese administrative system.
