摘  要:0.5mg/kg花生四烯酸从免耳缘静脉缓慢注入,成功地复制了可重复的肺栓塞肺动脉高压模型。抗血小板药阿魏酸钠对抗花生四烯酸升高肺动脉压,同时抑制花生四烯酸增加血小板聚集性及增加血浆血栓素A_2、前列环素水平的效应,并明显增加血浆环鸟苷酸水平。The intravenous administration of arachidonate (0.5mg/kg) to rabbit offers a model of rapid, transient and repeatable rise of PAP associated with occlusive platelet aggregates in the microvasculature of the lungs. This model was convenient for the study of antiplatelet drugs. Intravenous administration of sodium ferulate (SF, 50mg/ kg) before arachidonate challenge prevented rise of PAP and decreased occlusive platelet aggregates in the microvasculature of the lung.. The results suggest that the metabolism of TXA2, PGI2 were inhibited and plasma cGMP level was increased both were responsible for the effect of against pulmonary embolism of sodium ferulate.
