摘 要:将大鼠置常压低氧舱(10%O_2~90%N_2)观察肺动脉压、右心室重及右心室功能的动态变化过程及764-3对其影响。低氧3天时除肺动脉压升高外上述其它指标无明显改变。自低氧7天时起,右心室重量及右心室功能也显著高于对照组,并持续至观察的21天。低氧21天后再吸常氧14天,上述变化基本恢复正常。764-3处理可显著缓解低氧所致的上述变化。结果提示低氧所致的变化在复氧后一定时期内可自然消退,764-3对低氧性肺动脉高压及右心室肥厚有明显的保护作用,作用机理有待进一步研究。Rats were exposed to hypoxia in normobaric hypoxic chamber Pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), right ventricular weight and right ventricular function were dynamically measured, and the effect ot 764-3 on them was observed. Above parameters were still in normal range on day 3 of hypoxic exposure, except PAP had increase obviously.All parametrs increased after 7 days of exposure and reached a maximum at 14 days of hypoxia. It remained at the same level during prolongs ed hypoxic exposure of up to 21 days. AH parameters returned to the normal rangewithin 14 days after recovery from hypoxia. 764-3 treatment obviously attenuated the changes caused by hypoxia.The results suggest that the changes caused by hypoxia could naturally ameliorated and 764-3 may be a good drug which can partially prevent pulmorary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy.
