摘　　要：本工作用培养的大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC),以细胞计数和~3H-胸腺嘧啶(~3H-TdR)掺入为指标,观察到降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)呈剂量依赖地抑制VSMC增殖,10^(-8)和10^(-7)mol/L CGRP可使~3H-TdR掺入量较对照组减少26％(P<0.05)和36％(P<0.01)并使细胞计数分别较对照组下降17％(P<0.05)和35％(P<0.01)。提示CGRP参与VSMC增殖的调节。By means of cell counting and 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR) incorporation, we observed that CGRP inhibited the proliferation of cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells(VSMC) in a dosedependent manner. In the presence of 10-8 and 10-7 mol/L CGRP 3H-TdR incorporation dropped 26% (P<0.05) and 36% (P<0.01) , respectively, while cell count lowered 17% (P<0.05) and 35% (P<0.01), respectively, as compared with control group.Our results suggest that CGRP participates in the regulation ofproliferation of rat VSMC.
