摘 要:文章介绍了继电保护及故障信息系统的基本概念、原理和设计思想。依据IEC61850 和IEC61970 等有关标准,提出了继电保护及故障信息系统的实现方法,并设计了一套分层分布式的继电保护及故障信息系统。该系统能适应继电保护系统比较分散的运行特点,从整个电网的角度对继电保护设备和故障信息进行管理,使相关的使用人员能够随时了解整个电网特别是电网中的继电保护设备的运行情况,可以根据收集到的设备信息对全网范围的保护设备进行各种行为分析,力保所有设备健康运行。还可以对故障时的数据进行判断,准确定位故障点,快速查出故障设备及故障出现的原因。可供同种类型的系统的设计和改进借鉴。The basic concept and principle of protective relaying and fault information system and the idea of its design are presented. Based on IEC 61850, IEC 61970 and relevant standards, an implementation method for protective relaying and fault information system is put forward, and a layered and distributed protective relaying and fault information system has been designed. This system can accommodate such a feature that the distribution of protective relayings are scattered and can manage the protection devices and fault information with the viewpoint of whole power network. It makes the relevant users can understand the situation of the whole power network, especially the situation of the protective relayings, according to the acquired information of the equipments the analysis on the behaviors of the protective relayings in whole power network can be carried out at any time to ensure the healthy operation of all equipments. In addition, through the judgment of fault data the position where fault occurred can be accurately located, the faulty equipments and the reason causing the fault can be quickly ascertained. This fault information system is available for reference in the design and improvement of similar systems.
