摘　　要：随着我国DSM在各地方的开展,为提高DSM项目规划实施的效率和效益,需要一个科学、实用的评估系统为DSM决策服务。根据目前国家推行的有关政策,提出DSM项目评估依据,在此基础上分析评估系统的流程,介绍了基于Internet的DSM项目评估系统的实现。该系统的分析结果为目前DSM决策提供了依据。With the power Demand Side Management(DSM) development, a scientifi c and practical DSM program evaluation system needs to improve efficiency and be nefits of DSM program as a decision-making support role.Present evaluation princ iple based on the policies which are spreaded by state,analyse the evaluation pr ocess,and introducts the design of DSM program evaluation system based on intern et. The results acquired by this system provide important information for DSM de cision.
