摘 要:传统的双管反激克服了主开关电压应力大的缺点,使得每个主开关的电压应力仅为输入电压,但是该电路带来了占空比不能大于50%的缺点。为了克服这个缺点,提出了宽范围双管反激的拓扑,不仅每个开关的电压应力要比单管反激小得多,而且占空比也可以大于50%,但该拓扑的漏感能量需外加缓冲电路来吸收。客观地分析和比较了这两种双管反激变换器的特性差异,并指出了两者的适用场合。最后,实验结果进一步验证了以上的观点。conventional dual switch flyback DC/DC converter overcomes the disadvantage of high voltage stress on main switches and thus the voltage stress on each main switch is the same value as the input voltage,however the duty cycle of this topology can't be more than 50% .To overcome this disadvantage,a novel wide range dual switch flyback DC/DC topology is presented.Not only voltage stress of this converter is much lower than that of single switch flyback,but also duty cycle of this converter can be more than 50%,whereas a snubber circuit is required to reduce the voltage spark caused by leakage inductor.The characteristic differences between these two dual flyback topologies are analyzed and compared in detail,and their respective application occasions are also indicated.Finally,the viewpoints presented are verified by experimental result.
