摘　　要：介绍了在线监测电力系统电压质量装置的结构与功能、高速数据采集的处理方法与软件编程、电压信息的数据处理与软件编程,并通过模拟实验与比较测量对装置的性能进行了考核与分析。This paper introduces the structure and the function of a device which is used to monitor the voltage quality of power system on-line,the disposal method and the software programme of high-speed collection of data,the data management and the software programme of the voltage information,and assesses and analyzes the performance of the device through the simulating experiment and comparative measure.
