摘 要:板式楔横轧机的机架变形主要是由模板变形引起,且模板的刚度性能在很大程度上影响着产品质量。采用ANSYS/Mechanical/LSDYAN有限元分析软件,对立式UWQ40型板式楔横轧机模板进行了刚度计算和分析,得到了模板的最大变形量及等效应力分布等信息,并对模板刚度和变形进行了改进前、后的对比分析。最后,对改进前、后的模板从刚度和材料使用情况进行了对比分析并得出结论,并为进一步提高板式楔横轧机的模板刚度提出了一些建议。The stand's deformation of plate type cross wedge rolling mill is mainly caused by the deformation of moulding board, which stiffness capability affects product quality to great extent. Using ANSYS/Mechanical/LS-DYAN finite element analysis software, the author calculated and analyzed moulding board's stiffness of vertical UWQ40 plate type cross wedge rolling mill, and obtained maximal deformation value and equivalent stress distributing situation of the moulding board, then analyzed and contrasted moulding board's stiffness before improvement with the one after improvement. As viewed from stiffness and material used, the author compared moulding board before being improved with the one after being improved, and drew some conclusions. In the end, some proposals were advanced to increase moulding board's stiffness of plate type cross wedge rolling mill.
