摘　　要：论述钢水质量、铸机设备、工艺操作、铜管结构及生产管理等对铜管使用寿命的影响。通过改进工艺设备和提高生产管理水平。铜管使用寿命大幅度提高。The paper describes the effects of molten steel,caster equipment,operation,design of copper tube and productive control on the service life of copper tube.The service life of copper tube has been greatly increased through improving the process,equipment and level of control.
