摘　　要：介绍了电力行业的"第五遥"—遥视系统的主网应用。该系统可在相应LAN、Internet、Intranet网络上对各变电站的实时图像、温度、声音等进行监控,并可调用录像、录音材料,为实现变电站真正的无人值班即无人值守提供了安全技术保障。The fifth tele-control signal is remote-video message-gathering,it can be realized by the remote surveillance system in electric power system. By utilizing LAN,Internet and Intranet network,the transformer substation information,such as the real-time image,voice and other controlling data signal etc. can be transmitted to the control center,and can be recorded and reloaded. So the remote surveillance system has provided the means for the safety operation of electric power system.
