摘　　要：本文对自动化数字仿形在采样过程中由测头引起的探测误差进行了分析，并提出了软硬件相结合的校正方法，对提高数字化仿形加工的精确性、可靠性有较高的实用价值。In this article, the detecting error due to probe in the sampling process of automatic digitizing copying is analyzed, and a correcting method of combining hardware and software is put forward. It is practical for enhancing accuracy and reliability in digitizing copying machining.
