摘　　要：对天津钢管公司轧管厂的生产工艺做了简单介绍,分析了开发279.4mm大口径钢管的工艺难点,确定了各工序变形量的分配,设计了脱管机、定径机的孔型参数。Brief introdution is made to the process of Pipe Mill of TPCO. In the Articlethe technological difficult points was analized for developing the big size pipe 279.4 mmthe distribution of deformation limitation was determined for each precedureand the profile parameters was designed for the extractor and the sizing mill.
