摘  要:铅酸蓄电池在充电后期不可避免地产生气体,带来电池内部气压的变化。文章通过检测电池内压的变化,研究了卷绕式铅酸蓄电池充电时产生气体的规律。结果表明,一定范围内,隔板吸酸量越少,允许气体通过的孔隙越多,气体复合效果越好;气体复合反应主要发生在充电阶段;相同的充电条件下,正极与负极的活性物质质量比越大,产生的气体越多,内压越高;充电电流降低,电池内产生的气体减少。At the latter period of charge,it is inevitable for lead-acid batteries to produce gas,which will cause internal pressure of batteries to change.By monitoring the change of internal pressure of batteries,the paper studies the regulation that spirally wound lead-acid batteries produce gas during the charge.The result shows that within a certain range,the less separator absorbs acid amount,the more voids allowing gas to pass get,and the better effect of gas recombination is.Reaction of gas recombination mainly occurs during the charge.At the same charge condition,the larger mass ratio of positive and negative active materials is,the more gas produces,the higher internal pressure is.When the charge electric current decreases,gas produced in batteries will be reduced.
