摘　　要：目的观察老年人地氟醚加氧化亚氮吸人麻醉的维持浓度。方法通过对60例老年手术病人应用地氟醚加氧化亚氮吸入麻醉,观察维持麻醉的地氟醚浓度。结果地氟醚加氧化亚氮吸入麻醉浓度为4.0±0.6%。结论低流量、低浓度的地氟醚加氧化亚氮吸入麻醉对于老年人是一种安全和有效的麻醉方法。For observing inhalative concentration of desflurane combined with N2O anesthesia for elderly patients. Methods By using desflurane combined with N2O low flow anesthesia to 60 aged patients and observing their inhalative concentration. Results Inhalative concentration of desflurane N2O for aged patients was about 4.0%. Conclusions Low flow rate and small concentration (4.0±0.6%) of desflurane combined with N2O anesthesia is a safe and effective method for elderly patients.
