桂枝茯苓胶囊减少药物流产后阴道出血286例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法:自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女随机分为治疗组160例,对照组126例。治疗组常规服用米非司酮+米索前列醇(简称双米)的同时加服3粒桂枝茯苓胶囊,孕囊排出后,继续服用茯苓胶囊7天,对照组服用双米+安慰剂。结果:两组在孕囊排出时间上无显著差异;阴道出血量及出血持续时间,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,推荐临床应用。Objective; To study the effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule after medical abortion on amount of vaginal bleeding and duration of bleeding. Methods: The early pregnant women who voluntarily asked for medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups. 160 women as the treatment group took mifepristone followed by misoprostol, then took three Guizhi FuLing capsules in addition, and they continued to took capsules for seven days after embryo discharged. 126 women as the control group took mifepristone followed by misoprostol and placebo. Result: There was no significant difference in discharge of embryo. The treatment group is superior to the control group in amount of vaginal bleeding and the duration of bleeding after abortion(P <0. 05). Conclusion; Cuizhi FuLing capsule is effective in reducing amount of vaginal bleeding and shortening the bleeding time after medical abortion.
