摘 要:由于配电系统拓扑结构的复杂性和多变性、故障过程动态离散事件描述的特殊性,使得 Petri 网原理在故障区段定位(FSL)中的应用研究受到限制。文中提出了 Petri 网与冗余纠错技术结合的配电系统 FSL的新方法:依据 SCADA系统所汇集 FTU 的信息分析,通过两次冗余纠错技术消除信息畸变对 FSL 的影响;在自适应获取故障拓扑结构的基础上,将配电系统的 FSL 问题转换为对锁定单一 FTU 的 Petri网求解。该法具有强的通用性、简易性、快速性和准确性;可有效提高 FSL 的容错性能,具有高的实用价值。As the complexity and changeable characteristic of the topology structure, the particularity of the dynamic discrete event description during fault in the DS(distribution systems), the application of PN(Petri nets)in the FSL (fault section locating) is restricted. In this paper, a new approach of the FSL for DS is proposed, which is developed based on Petri Nets in combination with redundant correcting technique. First the fault topology structure is built adaptively based on the redundant correcting technique through the information analysis of SCADA system from FTU(feeder terminal unit). The redundant correcting technique is used for the correcting information distorted in the real-time fault information. Secondly according to the electrical measure in fault topology structure, the terminal FTU in fault topology is determinate and locked which is used as building Petri nets for the solving of fault section. So the problem is changed to solve the FSL on the locking FTU node. The approach proposed has better generality、simplicity、fast and exact solving. It is effective to enhance the fault tolerant performance of FSL.
