摘  要:针对电站锅炉一次风管内风粉流动,提出了依据能量守恒原理的测量方法和提高测量精度的测点布置原则,指出混合点温度 t3的布置应根据煤粉颗粒加热段长度 La/D 的计算公式的计算结果而定,在此基础上,开发了相应的温度、速度和浓度测量系统,实现了一次风风温、风速、浓度等参数在线监测和一次风管内堵粉报警、一次风管内煤粉自燃、给粉机断粉诊断、炉内燃烧切圆诊断等功能,通过在线测量有效地提高了锅炉机组运行的安全性和经济性。Through analyzing the air and pulverized coal mixture flow characteristics of coal-fired boiler in power plant, it is put forward that measuring pulverized coal flow parameters is based on energy conservation theory and arrangement rule of measuring point location calculated by air-pulverized coal heating section length (La/D) equation is for improving measurement precision. Measuring air and pulverized coal mixture flow temperature and velocity and concentration system is developed, and some functions of on-line measuring and controling air-pulverized coal mixture parameters, such as primary air flow parameters and blocking alarm and self-ignition diagnosis and tangential circle diameter in furnace and so on, are achieved. Adapting those efficient methods are able to improve boiler operation’s safty and efficiency.
