摘　　要：回转窑喂煤系统喂煤量波动和跑煤的原因是:煤粉仓容量偏小;螺旋喂料机螺旋叶片磨损过大;螺 旋泵选型不合理;风量风压不足。根据以上原因实施相应的措施后,改造效果显著。The causes for coal feeding fluctuation into rotary kilns and coal powder rushing consist in the small holding capacity of coal hopper, serious abrasive wear to impellers of screw feeder, unreasonable selection to screw pump, insufficiency of air flow and air pressure. Notable reformation results have been got after taking relative measures against above reasons.
