少空气快速干燥器在电瓷行业的应用

摘　　要：介绍的少空气快速干燥器是一种适宜电瓷产品快速干燥的设备。该设备包括烘干箱体、热风炉、通风系统以及温度的检测、自控系统四大部分。笔者从这四大部分着重阐述了该设备快速干燥、节能、高效的设计思路及其工作原理。以悬式绝缘子的干燥为例,将少空气快速干燥器干燥与传统形式干燥进行了简单对比。Low air-circulation fast dryer consisting of dryer chamber,heating oven,ventilation system and temperature measuring and automatic controlling system,is a fast dryer suitable for running in insulator manufacturing.The design philosophy and working principle of the fast dryer,energy consumption and high capacity is described.A brief comparison of the dryer with the traditional one with the example of cap and pin type insulator body is presented.
