摘  要:目的 研究通心络 (TXL)对体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞 (ECV -3 0 4)增殖的影响。方法 制备通心络含药血清 ,用5 % ,10 % ,15 %TXL含药血清分别作用培养的ECV -3 0 4细胞 4h ,8h。通过细胞形态学、MTT法检测TXL含药血清对ECV -3 0 4细胞增殖的影响。结果 通心络组光密度 (OD)值明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,含药血清培养 8h的OD值明显高于 4h的 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 TXL促进ECV -3 0 4细胞增殖。Objective To investigate the effects of Tong-Xin Luo (TXL) on the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (ECV-304) cultured in vitro. Methods The TXL-contained serum was prepared, and ECV-304 were incubated with 5%, 10% and 15% serum containing TXL, respectively, for 4 hours and 8 hours. The cell morphology was observed and cell proliferation ability was determined by MTT. Results OD value of TXL group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01). OD value of the cells cultured in TXL-contained serum for 8 hours was higher than that cultured for 4 hours(P<0.05 ). Conclusion Tong-Xing Luo can promote human umbilical vein endothelial cells proliferation.
