摘 要:目的 :为了在苗期快速准确识别雌雄株 ,了解雌雄株分化与内源激素之间的关系。方法 :用溴麝香草酚蓝 (BTB)染色法和激素酶联免疫测定法 (ELISA)。结果 :染色 10h ,雌株的提取液为黄色 ,雄株的提取液为绿色。绞股蓝雌雄株在苗期、生长旺盛期和营养生长后期茎尖IAA和ABA的含量大致相似 ,而iPAs和GA1+ 3 的含量有明显的差异。结论 :BTB染色可识别雌雄株 ,性别与内源激素间存在着一定关系。Objective: To distinguish female and male pl ants of Gynostemma pentaphyllum quickly and accurately in the stage of seedl ing and to understand the relation between sex differentiation and endogenous pl ant hormone. Method: Stained methods of BTB and enzyme lin ked immuno-sorbent Assay were used. Result: 10 Hours afte r being dyed, the liquid extract of female plants turned into yellow, while extr act of male ones turned green. There were obvious differences on iPAs and GA 1+3 contents but no differences on IAA and ABA contents between male and femal e plants during the stages of seedling and vegetative growth. Conclus ion: BTB can be used for distinguishing female and male plants and th ere were a certain relation between sex and endogenous plant hormones.[
