摘　　要：目的 :建立高效液相色谱测定岩青兰中木犀草素 7 O 葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法 ,考察岩青兰不同部位及不同采收时期的地上全草中该黄酮类成分的含量。方法 :采用PhenomenexC18柱 ,流动相甲醇 乙腈 0 .4 %磷酸(30∶8∶6 2 ) ,流速 1mL·min-1,检测波长 35 0nm。结果 :岩青兰不同部位中木犀草素 7 O 葡萄糖苷含量有较大差别 ,叶中含量最高 ,茎中含量极低 ;开花前采集的药材木犀草素 7 O 葡萄糖苷含量较高。结论 :建立的分析方法简便、灵敏、准确。Objective: To develop a method for determi na tion of luteolin-7-O-glycoside in the roots, stems, leafs, flowers and ae rial parts of Dracocephalum rupestra sampled in different seasons. Method: The samples were analyzed on an phenomenex C 18 column , with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (30∶8∶62) at flow rate 1.0 mL·min -1 and detection at wavelength of 350 nm. Result: The content of luteolin-7-O-glycoside in different parts of D. rupestra was different maximum in leaves, while minimum in stem s. Luteolin-7-O-glycoside in D. rupestra sampled before blossoming wa s the highest. Conclusion: The method simple, accurate and suitable for the quality evaluation of this plant medicine.[
