采用扇形导体降低三芯交联电缆的制造成本

摘　　要：圆形的交联聚乙烯绝缘线芯在成缆时都要用填充材料填充空隙,无形中增加了电缆外径,也增加了后道工序的材料用量。如果把导体改作扇形,使扇形的绝缘线芯成缆后正好形成圆形,这样就可以大大减少缆芯的成缆填充材料,同时也降低了成缆外径,使后道工序的材料用量减少,从而降低电缆制造成本。XLPE cables consists of round XLPE insulated conductors need filler to fill the interstices between conductors, which adds the cable overall diameter and the material usage in the next process. If the sector conductors are used, the laid-up cable core will become round, large amount of filling compound will be saved and the cable overall diameter will be reduced. In this way, material usage in the next process will be saved and the production costs will be lowered.
