摘　　要：研究了不充油的星型和线型SBS的配比,软化剂、硬化剂、填充剂的品种及用量对热塑性弹性体性能的影响,探讨了弹性体的透明性。结果表明:星型SBS对抗张强度的贡献较大,线型SBS对断裂伸长率的贡献较多;随着软化剂用量的增加,弹性体的硬度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低,二线油、40#机油用作软化剂效果更好些;硬化剂能较大程度地提高弹性体的硬度,低分子量PS综合性能更好些,加入40份时仍呈透明色;填加填充剂后弹性体硬度增加,白炭黑用量低于40份时弹性体呈半透明,加入CaCO3则不透明。The paper introduces the study of the effects on the thermoplastic elastomer SBS. These effects come from the different compositions of the stellar and linear types SBS and emollient, hardening agents, and fillers of different types and dosage. In addition ,this paper also studies the problem about the elastomer's transparency.The result shows that the stellar SBS does more contribution to the σ,while the liner SBS does more contribution to the ε.With the increase of the emollient dosage,the elastomer's H_A,σ and ε decline.The oil production with vacuum cut 2's and the number of 40 mechanical oil used as emollient have better effects.The hardening agent can improve the elastomer's H_A greatly.The PS with low molecular weight has better synthetic function.When 40 portions added,it is still transparent;when the filler is added,the H_A has developed.When the white C.B.'s dosage is less than 40 portions,the elastomer is transparent,but when the CaCO_3 is added,it is opaque.
