摘  要:采用图象分析仪、普通光镜、电子显微镜、超声波筛分、X射线小角度散射及力学性能试验等对含钒铁素体球铁的组织和强度、韧性等进行了测试和分析。结果表明,适量的钒可以提高球铁的强度,而对球铁的铁素体量、晶粒度、石墨球化率以及塑韧性不产生明显影响;这种作用与所形成的各种粒度的碳化物,特别是弥散分布的超细碳化物密切相关。Image analysis appliance, optical and electron microscope, ultrasonic sieving, small angle X-ray scattering as well as Mechanical test were used to measure strengths, elongation, toughness and to study the microstructure feature, that involves ferrite ratio, size of ferrite grains, spheroidized ratio of graphite and size of carbide particles in spheroidal graphite cast iron with vanadium. The results indicate that, appropriate amount of vanadium in the ductile iron would only increase the strengths, but not obviously affect the ferrite ratio, average diameter of ferrite grains, spheroidized ratio of graphites as well as elongation and toughness; the influence was exerted by precipitated carbide with various sizes, especially superfine vanadium carbides uniformly distributed over the ferrite matrix.
