摘  要:为简化整定计算,提出尽量减少微机型继电保护装置的定值数量及运行方式控制字,并给出了相应的有效措施。在220 kV及以上电压等级线路用接地距离保护代替阶段式零序电流保护,并辅之以具有反时限特性的零序电流作为接地保护。介绍了普通反时限特性,并提供了缺乏反时限特性段或电压互感器断线时的电流、时间整定原则。在110 kV及以下电压等级线路用相间距离保护代替电压电流保护和方向元件作为相间保护。为实现远后备保护功能,应配置过电流保护和负序电流保护。分析认为具有光纤通道的纵联电流差动全线速动保护是220 kV及以上电压等级和35-110 kV电压等级线路保护的发展方向。The quantity of setting and control byte is suggested to be as small as possible to simplify the setting calculation of microprocessor-based protection equipment,and corresponding measures are proposed. Combining with zero sequence current with inverse time characteristics, grounding distance relay is used in earth protection for 220 kV and above lines, instead of phase zero sequence current protection. The general inverse time characteristic is introduced,and the setting principles of current and time when inverse time characteristic is scarce or voltage transformer breaks are provided. Distance protection is used in inter-phase protection to replace the voltage and current protection and direction component for 110 kV and below lines. Over current protection and negative sequence current protection are adopted to realize remote back-up protection. Optical pilot differential current whole-line high-speed protection is becoming a predominant protection for both 220 kV and above lines and 35-110kV lines.
