四催化外取热器爆管原因探析及防治

摘　　要：大连石化分公司四催化外取热器投产不到半年,多次发生换热管爆管或泄漏事故。为从多方面查找事故原因,通过对外取热器水循环系统的安全性校核,并结合爆管部位的金相分析,从联箱结构、炉水品质以及运行管理几方面分析了事故原因。The explosion and leakage of heat-exchange tubes occurs now and then in less than half a year since the fourth FCC external heat collector is put into operation in Dalian Petroleum and Chemical Branch Company.In order to find out the reasons,examinations are made on the safety of circulating water system for external heat collector.And analyses are made in aspects to header structure,furnace water quality and operational management combined with metallographic analysis for explosion place.
