小剂量蚓激酶联合复方丹参液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的 :探索小剂量蚓激酶联合复方丹参液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法 :将 71例不稳定性心绞痛门诊患者随机分为两组。采用复方丹参液 (对照组 )及复方丹参液加用蚓激酶 (观察组 )治疗并分别进行治疗前后心绞痛发作的频率、程度、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量及症状变化 ,静息心电图ST段改变 ,血液流变学变化的测定。结果 :观察组患者各指标均较治疗前有明显改善 ,而且明显优于对照组 ,两组比较差异有显著性。结论 :小剂量蚓激酶联合复方丹参液等治疗不稳定性心绞痛 ,可以更有效的增加冠脉血流量 。Objective: To confirm the therapeutic effect of the combination of small-dose Lumbrokinase and Danshen injection on the unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 71 Cardiac patients were divided into two groups at random, the Danshen injection group (control group ) and Danshen injection combined with Lumbrokinase group (test group ) . The symptom, ECG, the hemorheology and so on in two groups were determined. Results:The test group was superior to the control group on the improvement of these standards. Conclusion: The combination of Danshen injection and Lumbrokinase can increase the effect in the care of unable angina pectoris.
