摘　　要：采用MIG焊接方法 ,对 5 0 83、60 61、60 82铝合金中厚板进行焊接工艺试验 ,验证了所选焊接参数和焊接材料的可行性 ,分析了空气相对湿度、氩气含水量等对铝合金焊接的影响 ,以及铝合金焊接后接头强度下降的情况。In this paper, the MIG welding process tests of 5083, 6061 and 6082 aluminum alloy plates are introduced. The aims of tests are to verify the suitability of welding specification and materials employed, and to study the effect of ambient relative humidity, water content of argon and other factors on the strength of aluminum weld joints.
