肥胖和2型糖尿病血浆脂联素水平及与体质量指数的相关性

摘　　要：目的　探讨单纯性肥胖和糖尿病病人血浆脂联素水平的差异及与体质量指数的相关性。　方法　运用放射免疫法测定 37例单纯性肥胖、2 6例 2型糖尿病非肥胖和 32例 2型糖尿病肥胖个体血浆脂联素分泌水平 ,统计分析脂联素与体质量指数的相关性。　结果　单纯性肥胖和糖尿病肥胖个体的脂联素水平显著低于正常非肥胖个体和糖尿病非肥胖个体 (P <0 0 5 ) ,糖尿病非肥胖个体的血浆脂联素与正常非肥胖个体间无明显差异 ,同时单纯性肥胖个体和糖尿病肥胖个体之间的血浆脂联素水平亦不存在差异 (P >0 0 5 )。相关分析提示血浆脂联素与体质量指数存在负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论　单纯性肥胖和糖尿病肥胖个体血浆脂联素分泌低于体质量正常的糖尿病个体 ,体质量水平的不同影响脂联素分泌的差异。Objective To compare the levels of plasma adiponectin in obesity and diabetes and analyses the relationship between adiponectin and BMI. Methods The adiponection in plasma was measured in 30 cases normal, 37 cases obesity and 58 cases type 2(lean and obese) diabetes by RIA. The relationship between adiponectin and BMI was analyzed. Results The plasma adiponectin were lower in obesity subjects and obese diabetes than those of normal and diabetes with normal BMI(P<0.05). There were not difference in plasma adiponectin between lean type 2 diabetes and normal subjects(BMI<25 kg/m+2) or obese type 2 diabetes and obesity subjects(BMI≥25 kg/m+2). The plasma adiponectin was significantly negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.05). Conclusion The secretion of adiponection in obesity and obesity diabetes are lower than that in lean diabetes.
