摘 要:作者分析了阻波器、母线类别、母线电容对输电线路故障初始行波的影响,提出了利用初始行波阻波带不同频段内信号暂态能量比来识别区内外故障的快速保护原理。对输电线路模量电压行波进行小波变换,提取不同频段的信号,并计算初始行波奇异点的暂态能量,根据阻波带高低频段能量不同的特点,采用能量比例判据正确区分区内外故障。理论分析和仿真表明,该判据不易受过渡电阻、母线电容的影响,不存在保护死区,调整定值能适应不同的母线结构,是一种可行的超高压输电线路快速保护方法。The authors analyzed the influences of line traps, bus types and bus capacitance on inceptive traveling-waves of transmission lines, then proposed a fast relaying protection scheme using fault generated inceptive traveling-waves's transient energy ratio within different frequency bands of line traps. Transient signals of different frequency bands of inceptive modal voltage traveling-waves were extracted by wavelet transform and their transient energies at singular point were calculated. Because transient energy of different frequency bands of line traps were not the same, the fault inside and outside the protected zone could be correctly distinguished by transient energy ratio of two different frequency bands. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed protection scheme can hardly be affected by transition resistance and busbar capacitance and the dead-zone is inexistent. The proposed protection scheme can suit to different types of buses by adjustments of setting values.
